A SaaS solution means we provide all the servers and software and you connect to our hosting facility to use the application using a browser. The hosting facility supports full web based access to your service personnel and end users in addition to Windows based clients for service personnel through our Terminal Services servers.

How do we work when you sign up for SaaS?



  • We want to make sure you get your own environment. Completely security controlled as if you are running your own application.
  • We will load our software to your own SaaS environment and will make sure you have your help desk and ITIL processes available immediately.
  • Together with your input, we will tailor it to your needs so it will reflect YOUR organization's support processes.
  • We will do scenario walk-throughs to exercise the system and validate the system.
  • We will train your staff so they can manage and adapt your own system with day to day admin operations.
